Strategic Plan
In 2014 the South Carolina CEOs engaged in a six month strategic planning process to determine the organizational structure and focus of the SC Alliance of YMCAs. The resulting strategic plan outlined specific statewide impact strategies within our focus areas of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. In addition, the plan outlines specific organizational strategies to create a sustainable structure for the SC Alliance of YMCAs.
